During school my teachers won't let me leave class to go to the bathroom and I have to change my pad what do I do cuz some teachers are men   And I'm 12  plz help and tell me what I should do because I can't leave class and I don't have a nurse at my school either

Have your parent write you a note, they can't force you to stop going to the bathroom.

ummm wow no nurse ? .. Umm just tell the teacher privately and say umm i need to change my pad cuz i might bleed in the seat . who cares if it's embarrassing you need to do that it's very important !

when i went to school if you ask to go restroom and the teacher says no but it's an emergency you were allowed to just walk out and go to the restroom. if you came back and the teacher wrote you up simply talk to the principal and explain what happened and it would be fine.

aha i had one girl in my class at one point ask to go to the washroom. the teacher (male) said yes. she went to bring her bag with her and he stopped her and was all "why do yiu need that? put it down" she looked him right in the face, in front of every one and said "cause i dont want to just carry my pad in my hand while i walk to the bathroom" his face went red and he never questioned another girl when they needed to go to the washroom aha. point is, just be honest with your teacher hun! they'll understand.

you don't have a nurse?? I'm not sure where you are but the teachers need to let you leave to go to the bathroom for many reasons. tell them its an emergency
