How often do you wash yor hair?

Also, do you think it's better for your hair no washing it everyday? 
Do you use dry shampoo? Does it work?

Washing your hair daily is extremely drying, which is why a lot of people that do it daily have greasy hair. Your scalp overproduces oil to compensate for what you're stripping from it. The right dry shampoo can work great, but a lot are super drying and just generally feel gross. I really love the biosilk one, it smells good and makes my hair feel soft and clean.

Every time you wash your hair you send signals to your body to produce more oil. So people that wash their hair daily, usually do have oily hair. Your body needs to adjust, but over time if you stay consistent, your body will produce less oil. I used to wash my hair every day and now I do every 7-10 days and I have fine, straight hair.  You should never wash more than every 48 hours. Dry shampoo is great but depending on which one, can just cause more product build up on the scalp then needed. A little baby or talc powder goes a long way too.

I wash my hair every 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. For me,  washing it more frequently than that does more harm than good,  unless I have days that it gets specifically dirty or sweaty. I don't use dry shampoo, and to be honest I don't really use shampoo that often. Instead I either co-wash (use conditioner instead of shampoo) or use diluted apple cider vinegar and Baking soda. I also pre-poo/hot oil treatments with coconut oil and olive oil, and do periodic hair masks with olive oil, essential oils, honey, and sometimes banana. I'd prefer to use Avocado, but I'm not gonna risk anaphylaxis for my hair.

In the winter once a week because my hair is very curly & hard to handle when it's curly. So I wash & blow dry my hair every Saturday, it stays nice for the whole week. In the summer i leave it curly so about every 3 days I wash.
