2nd miscarriage

I've had two miscarriages. One when I was 16 and one yesterday. I'm now 21 and engaged to the same man who fathered my first child. We found out Saturday that we were pregnant and were over the moon excited. And then yesterday (Monday) I woke up with intense cramping and heavy dark red bleeding. I already had a blood test scheduled for that day so I waited for my appointment and they said it was most likely a miscarriage but took my blood anyway. Got the results back this morning and since they were low she said there's no way I'll have a viable pregnancy and I ended up passing everything early this morning. I'm still bleeding but no cramping anymore thank goodness.
