Boss man, 11 years older w MS

Ok ladies, I have never been in this situation before so I need some help. I started working for this company about 2 months ago and I have the hots for my boss and the boss man has the hots for me which is a mess in it's self. Nothing's happened yet but heavy heavy flirting. The other part is that he's 11 years older and has MS. Should any of this matter? I really do like him. He's really sweet. No he not known to date his employees. He's not that kind of man. Idk just need some help ladies.
