pcos- cycle day 24

Ok so I was diagnosed with pcos. This is my first cycle ttc on letrozole. Jump started my period using provera. Started letrozole days 5-9 and baby danced every other day for a week. Now I'm cycle day 24 and I have very bad back pain and last night I had terrible cramps. Today I woke up with full cramping on my left side. Also feels like irritated kinda. The cramps are very similar to the first day when I get aunt flow. I also have been getting the feeling like I have to do number 2 for the last few days. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm going nuts. Anyone have any ideas? I'm also taking metformin everyday.
