Pregnant or hormones?

My first day of my last period was aug 13. Almost a week and a half before my period was supposed to start this month I started getting nauseous every day like my morning coffee is 🤢 a few headaches and just really tired. Well About a week ago I got the flu or something I felt terrible well I was 3 days late and when I started it was very light spotting that day then a little heavier the next and the next day was spotting with watery discharge and slowly faded away. Today nothing but the nausea is getting to me so bad anyone have something similar? My periods have been a little late the last few months but I have never seen watery discharge and I'm always heavy for about 4-5 days!
