Cramps ⚡️⚡️⚡️
I have the absolute worst period cramps, and I'm waiting for my mom to get me into the GYN to see what we can do to better control it. I've tried heating pads, ice packs, Midol, Tylenol, and nothing is working. Any suggestions on what else I can do in the meantime?? All suggestions are appreciated 💖
