Why do people diss breast implants?

Why does it seem like so many people disrespect women with breast implants? 
It's there body and they wanted to fix something that upset them. 
I'm not talking about those women who went so big they had to invent a whole new bra size for them. 
I mean the ones who got a new size that fits to their body. Why should they act like they didn't pay for them? I don't understand why it's so "shameful". :/

I have implants. Went from a 32A to a 32C. I just wanted something to fit my body more. I loved everything about my body except my breast. They didn't make me feel feminine. I didn't get the surgery to please anyone. I got it for myself and myself alone. I love my body now. Everything about it. I love it. It has boosted my confidence so much! I don't regret my decision. 
I think if there's something about your body that makes you unhappy without any outside influence and you want to fix it. Go for it. It's your body. Not anyone else's. Not even "Gods". Your mom and dad created that body and it's yours to do what you want with it. 
Sorry if my God remark offends anyone. Im not real religious.

Personally I disagree with them because I'm trying to teach my daughter to love herself the way God created her and for me to do that I need to love and accept myself the way I am. 
I'm just tired of women thinking natural breasts aren't awesome and they need to be perky and fully and big. It's annoying as hell, but I don't care what others do, but if I'm asked my opinion I would express it otherwise nah not my circus.

I think it's ridiculous, at the end of the day people are going to talk shit about your body and what you choose to do with it regardless. Do what you want to do for yourself and make yourself happy. I have F sized boobs that are natural and while I most of the time can't stand having this large of a chest I understand why women would want larger breasts than what they have. At the end of the day it's not my body so its not my business

It's your right to modify your body however you want.
But here's the thing. Everyone has "flaws"... if you can't love yourself how you are, no amount of plastic surgery will make you feel beautiful. It won't make you love yourself. People who say they get them for themselves are in denial. If you were blind or lived alone in the mountains I doubt you would need breast implants. People get them for two reasons: to change how other people see you... or to change how you feel about yourself, and that's something that can't be achieved with silicon.

From my experience, it usually comes from insecurity. When I was younger, I hated "fake hoes" and thought it was tacky and vain to get plastic surgery. Turns out I was projecting my insecurities on others. These beautiful women made me feel bad about myself, and I see now that the problem was mine. Now I understand that everyone is different, and beauty is subsequently different for every person. And hell, if we're being honest, I'd get work done too if I had the money... 
At least, that was my experience.
