I don't do it all the time, but occasionally; as a gift for myself I may skip just one or two a year. There is something calming to me when I do get AF (mainly because the bf and I are not TTC) but also because the next time I do have AF come around... She comes with a vengeance.

I skip in 3 month chunks. No spotting, no cramps :)

My doctor told me I could skip every month if I want to because I have migraines during my period. She said it's not necessary to have the withdrawal bleeding, it's just the way pills have been made because they think women feel more comfortable bleeding every month.
