12 weeks pregnant and on progesterone

Hi

Need some advice please- I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby.

Had a slight brown discharge and doctor put me on bed rest and 200mg of progesterone as he saw blood clots in the uterus. He also said no driving and no travelling.

I have a 14month old so it’s not easy to have ‘bed rest.’ Our follow up appointment is next Tuesday but am quite anxious.

Has anyone else experienced something similar and have any advice?

I’ve also stopped breastfeeding my 14month old so not sure if it could be related to that?
