normal vs endo

when is it more than just normal period cramps?

i’m 17 and have had horrid period cramps since they first started at age 12; however, they have gotten worse with age. i have been on birth control for nearly a year now to help with the cramps and heavy bleeding (roughly 4-5 super plus tampons and maxi pads in 1.5 hours), but the birth control has done nothing. i have rectal pain from my cramps, and it makes it beyond painful/difficult/impossible to defecate. currently, i am on day two of my period (which means day two of missing school and work). i have has a fever of 102/103, vomiting, cramps, body aches, and fatigue (you know, flu symptoms...but not the flu as i get this every month during my period). please help :(
