6 weeks bleeding

Hiya everyone, Sunday morning I woke up to some light cramping & heavy bleeding went to accident & emergency & they didn't say anything for definite just to wait it out for a week, the bleeding continued for 2 days it's stopped now unless I have sex which I assume is from a sensitive cervix in early pregnancy, the cramps stopped after half an hour so it doesn't seem to me like a miscarriage at all, I truly feel pregnant does anyone have advice or similar stories??
