36 weeks pregnant. About to hit 200lbs. Depressed
Lady's I'm usually not a self conscious person. I started this pregnancy out at just under 150lbs. I struggled with my weight my entire life. I lost over 100lbs and then me and my husbands prayers came true and I was pregnant! Obviously i know I have to provide nutrients and food for my baby, hints the reason I hit 200lbs. But I'm worried when I have her I'll look so overweight. And ill never get my pre pregnancy body back. I eat fairly healthy this whole pregnancy. No sweets, no soft drinks, and not over eating. I drink almost a case of water a day ( I always feel so dehydrated). Any advice ladys? Is it normal to gain this much weight?
