Gatorade?

Has anyone heard anything about drinking too much Gatorade? For some reason it's all I want. I've been getting the "G" Gatorade in hopes of less sugar...just wondering what y'all think?

It has a lot of sodium and sugar so just be aware of that. 
I drink it when I have stomach flares (I have IBD/IBS)

I drink the Powerade zeros. they are sugar free.... and my BP is low so the sodium hasnt been an issue for me.I would ask your Dr to be sure but those would be my main concerns, sodium and sugar.

Oh man I'm drinking it like crazy while I breastfeed.. it's the only thing I crave right now.. I only try and have 1 a day but it's so hard.. my milk supply is good though 🤣🤣

It's all I could keep down in my first trimester! Now that I'm almost 40 weeks my OB actually recommended that I drink Gatorade because the sugar makes it easier for my body to absorb to prevent dehydration before I go into labor. Everything is okay in moderation.

I got a bladder infection that spread to my kidneys and if I wouldn't have went to the doctor it could have killed me in a couple of days. All because of the enzymes in Powerade/Gatorade. BE CAREFUL

Thanks so much, girls! I've been trying to just not buy it, but caved and bought some today and already opened one! Something so good about it! So weird because I don't drink it normally! Moderation sounds like the key!

It's high in electrolytes and sugar. It also has dyes in it.

Nothing bad, but my mom drunk a ton of gatorade when she was pregnant with me and I seem fine LOL no major health issues
