My son has that too! It's all over his belly and arms. I was told that it's normal even though I freaked out when I first saw it

Looks like heat rash, but could also be skin sensitivity to your detergent

Could it be heat rash? I think my son had that when he was really tiny cuz he sleeps hot and I was putting too many blankets on him.
