What do you say to the people who make comments to you?

I'm 33 weeks now, I'm big, yes, I said it. In my defense, I've gained 22lbs my whole pregnancy but I was chubby to begin with. I find it SOOO rude when random stranger's stare at me and/or make comments to me about my bump. I went to the store today and as I'm coming out of the bathroom, this random woman stares at me and says real loud "WOAH!!" I just kept walking. I don't entertain the comments but it's really starting to piss me off. My Mother said everyone stares at me now which, doesn't make me feel any better. I just want to know how you react to the stares and more importantly, the comments? I could never imagine saying anything to anyone let alone, a pregnant woman.
