Any advice

Hey guys I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I have had a MC before n then I had my rainbow baby in feb 1,17 he's 7-8 months and I am two months prego ... i am bleeding as of last night light bleed but constant and dark red and brown n some stringy red stuff but it's stopping. I do have stomach back and side cramps. I went to the hospital today and there is a heartbeat n baby looks healthy. I don't remember my first MC but it was similar. The dr said I could just be bleeding just bc but also it would be the start of a MC. The bleeding is stopping right now but idk maybe could start up again, who knows. Has anyone else had this and it turned out normal n fine. I am happy but emotionally preparing for the worst just incase. I went thru 2 pantry lines in 29 hours .. don't be afraid to tell me just please help
