colic please help

every.single.night... from 9pm-12am my 15 week old SCREAMS AND CRIES. like blood curdling screaming..shes fed, she's not dirty, I mean we check all the normal things. she's had a bath already to calm her, nursed...then she falls asleep, 10 min later up and screaming. I mean, isn't this supposed to have subsided by now?! She does has acid reflux and is on medication. she's exclusively breastfeed, I dunno what else to even say. my husband is walking her now and she is just wailing..any advice, any at all?! I'm at my wits end.
