Sick baby or just an upset tummy?

So it's 2am by me right now. Tuesday I gave my 9 month old daughter a new brand of baby food. She's had it once before a month or two ago. Her poop was weird on Wednesday and I figured it was just the food and I wouldn't give it to her again. Then all day it was like she'd either pooped or sharted every time I changed her. Tuesday night & tonight she keeps waking up with poopy diapers. I think she has diarrhea but it's hard to tell because her poop is always different and almost always liquid or mushy. She also had a runny nose for a day or two but that's gone.

Obviously if it keeps up I'm going to take her to the doctor. But I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I don't know if she's sick or if it's just because the change in her diet. We recently started giving her more baby food and now that I think about it we started giving her strawberry cereal puffs through out the day too.
