No fetal pole at 6+4

'm not sure whether here is the right place to post - however, I would be extremely grateful for some comments. My lmp was July 23rd. I took femara on CD3-7 and ovulated 4/5th August via temping. Had sore breasts & nipples nothing too bad. Had a transvaginal us on 7th September (by my dates should be 6+4) and all they saw was a gestational sac & a yolk sac and measured me to be between 5-6 weeks. They are making me wait 18 DAYS in limbo land not having a clue what's going on. My next scan is Monday 25th September. I can't eat. I can't sleep. Anyone been through this? I appreciate positive and negative comments.
