When me or my boyfriend plays with my nipples, I feel incredible sadness, I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's like you're questioning life or something... Is this normal? Should I go to the doctor?

I also used to dislike it, it gave me... almost depression, just the feeling, can't explain to, from about 18 to 25. it changed after that, and now I enjoy the feeling, the strange depression feeling has gone, it's almost a nostalgic depression.

I used to feel the exact same way. Anytime I washed or touched my breasts or nipples, I was overcome with sadness and would literally have an existential crisis. I never understood it but it eventually went away when I reached my mid twenties. Hopefully the feelings you're having will pass too, especially now that you know it's not just you.
