HPV HIGH RISK!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I’m a 30 yrs old woman who recently diagnosed with two types of Hpv high risk strains. At first I was so panic like omg this is the end I will get cancer and die , and was blaming myself for having sex without condoms with my cheating boyfriend, but my dr said you have to be calm this will pass and everything will be ok just eat healthy do routine workout and take vitamins and supplements, it’s been 1 year almost since I was told I got Hpv and it was in CIN1 level and I will have my next colposcopy in a month , although I’m feeling better but I’m still nervous a little, anyone experienced this situation before?
