Head down at 20 weeks?

Question

When I had my 20 week anatomy scan, they told me that my baby is "already head down, and as low as he can possibly get." Has anyone had something similar to this and what was your experience? I'm terrified that I will go into labor too early. I am currently almost 25 weeks and have a lot of pressure and can feel that he is very low.

My guy has been head down every appt since week 20 but doc assured me they move around a lot and it's just coincidence. I felt a ton of pressure around 20-25 weeks like you but I think he's moved his way up now because the pressure has been much less.

You're not going to go into labor. Babies move a ton at this stage. They have tons of room to do so.

My daughter has been head down since 20 weeks as well and has not changed since,I’m currently 38 wks 2days pregnant so you don’t have to worry about going into labor early.

you still have lots of time and baby will move everywhere!!! im 34 weeks and get ultrasounds twice a week. my little man is NEVER in the same position twice and has only been in the head down position with his face up one time in the last month... every scan he has switched sides, flipped over, spun around, curled up on one side or some other crazy position. don't worry yet momma, they will move around a lot!

I'm 34w3d and baby had been head down for every ultrasound (since 13weeks) and at every doctor's appt 👍🏻
