Sore Breast

Hello just found out I'm pregnant on September 20th, I'm at least 4 weeks my expected due date is May 26th a few days before my birthday! I have 2 boys both age 3, they are 11 months apart. I had my oldest one early, just in case you are wondering how is that even possible ! But seriously ladies my only symptom right now are sore breast. What can I do to ease the pain? I use to deal with it when I was pregnant in the past, but I can't deal right now smh goodness 😩😩😩
