Pre Seed tips

so I have been ttc for over 2 years now, my Dr put me last month on 50 mg clomid, this month I have just started my 2nd round of clomid but on 100 mg. cd5-9. I have heard many great reviews about pre seed, so I went out and bought one today to give it a try, just wondering if there is any do's and dont's? also I have heard of women using a menstrual cup or tampon after bd to help keep sperm in while having your feet up and waist elevated.
