negative tests from midwife

But my breasts hurt...All symptoms and negative? but I have 4 at home Positive tests. .and tested after my period this month which wasn't much at all.i just felt pregnant.ive also had a little bit of trouble getting pregnant.i have one blocked tube.i was pregnant last September and miscarried....but I was bleeding and still had positive tests.i understand some women still bleed during pregnancy so maybe I'll be the same? not positive if I'm even pregnant at this point...this is driving me nuts! I totally feel pregnant!!!!
