I've read a lot of posts in this group/category and a lot of women on here say they know when they start ovulating again. I just always assumed if I was having my monthly cycles that I was ovulating. But since depo, my periods have been irregular.

My last shot was almost a year ago (October 2016).

Any help/advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Mind you, I've never known how to tell when I'm ovulating. I know there are kits I can buy but I'm not sure how they work.
