OMG IM THE WORST PERSON EVER

Fuck!!!!!! I hate myself right now my heart is RACING!!!!

My boyfriend has hsv-2 and I am pregnant by him (as far as I know I don't have it, we only had unprotected sex a few times and he's on his anti viral). he wasn't aware of the precautions we had to take, so I looked them up online and sent them to his email (yes I have talked to my dr about it, not just using Dr. Google).

I took two screen shots saying that if your partner has herpes you need to not have sex during third trimester (to be the most safe, you can use meds, condoms, etc of course) to make sure baby doesn't contract it which would most likely be deadly, etc etc. I don't need a lesson about hsv and pregnancy that's not what this post is about so please just don't, and I have talked to my dr about it so plz don't focus on that part I'm doingy doctor says so please again... no lessons. I got them from my doctor.

THE IMPORTANT FUCKED UP PART OMGJFSHHSSKBXDIKENXDISOK that I had no freaken idea of!!!!!!! IS THAT EMAIL SENT TO HIS WORK EMAIL GETS SENT TO FUCKING EVERYONE FUCKING ELSE AT HIS FUCKING PLACE OF WORK FUCK!!!!!😱😭😭😭😭😱😱😱

He is so upset and embarrassed fuck why did I do that?? I had NO idea and i sent it to his email bc I found the info online when it was really late and night and didn't want to wake him with a text... omg I'm such a fuck up idiot I can NEVER make this up to him and he was already struggling with being very stressed about baby and not getting sleep and now this....
