sad angry & upset! why me

so my boyfriend and I have been TTC for the last 5 months. since I recently removed my IUD I was told conception should take place 4-6months after removal.. this Month September 2017 I ovulated on Tuesday the 19th, had intercourse that sat sun mon leading up to ovulation. .well Monday night we got into a heated argument which led us not to have sex that night or the next day ...so I'm asking can I still become pregnant even tho we didn't have that much sex during my fertility window? ...it's been four days with no sex and no communication what should I do to break the ice?
