Is it nice for women doing men duties in marriage

My friend is going through this don't know what to tell her. Have 3 kids the last is 7 weeks hubby never holds him for one minute, she works two job before delivering while hubby work one job. She does 🍽, clean the house, take care of the kids, laundry, cook etc. husband never discuss any family issues with her before taking any steps now mother Inlaw and brother Inlaw live with them she ask no say. Both mother and brother Inlaw never helps as well. Now she refuse to work because husband will collect all the money from her. I stop picking her calls because I don't know what to say . I'm l doing the right thing? Advice
