Hubby low sex drive

So my hubby smokes weed regularly & has a low sex drive. Its like a job to get him to want to. In terms of ttc he feels like it will happen when it's meant to happen and we shouldn't "time" sex. Me on the other hand I'm ready for a baby now.. our daughter is 7 & I just feel it's time. I got a positive opk this morning and want to have sex tonight and tomorrow. The last time we bd was about a month ago. I wanna if anyone has a similar situation with their significant other and what advice you ladies can offer to increase his sex drive? He is against taking any kind of supplement. Also he doesn't have any problems once he's going although sometimes it's hard for him to ejaculate. This is very embarrassing for me to share but I appreciate your input! Thanks!
