Should I go in?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and earlier some guy almost hit me while driving (he ignored a stop sign) and followed me to where I was going to scream at me. It gave me a panic attack and it's been three hours and I'm still shaking and so stressed out I can't eat. My stomach has been getting hard and my lower back hurts alot. Now I'm feeling lots of pressure underneath my stomach and such. Just wondering if maybe I should go in? I tried calling but my hospital makes it so difficult to actually talk to a nurse.
