Cervical cerclage

Please don’t comment if you have no knowledge on the subject, or just wanna be rude! Ok so I had a cerclage placed in at week 22 I was dilated to a 2.5. I am now 34 weeks and my cerclage comes out October 3rd I’ll be 35 and 5.. I keep hearing horror stories of how some doctors sewed it too tight and the cervix bruised around it or refused to open. How long it take for your cervix to open? Did it never open which resulted in a C-Section? Did anyone go in to labor also immediately meaning the cervix opened up right back at where it left off?? Thanks in advance
