Turn Please baby boy

Tommorow my Obgyn says I have to get a ECV to turn my unborn son in a downward postion because I'm 37 weeks 2 days and he's in transverse I think. She did a ultrasound and his head is on my side. From anyone who had this experience was it painful? My Obgyn said it would be uncomfortable... But it's not really a good description. And also, did you cause you to go into labor? Any thing happen? She says there is some risk to this procedure, she said if he dosent flip I'll have to get a c-section and this is my first child. Please wish me luck. Hoping he flips on his own before tommorow
