If this is your current plan, you can access everything it covers through an online login to your profile and viewing your documents. From what I understand, Anthem BCBS is only available in certain areas and mostly used for employer group insurance or medicare. So I wouldn't think it would cover fertility treatments. I have BCBS and I'm almost certain while I was browsing plans they disclosed in detail what was and wasn't covered in the plan details/overview. My current plan does not cover fertility treatment, but it's also not something I was looking for specifically in a plan.
