😭😭help w ganglion cist???

ladies i get these alllll the time. for a month at a time every other month or so. i cant pop them

it hurts too much the drs have nothing to say in fact they told me “it’s just an enflamed tendon” but then i figured out it’s a cist. idk what to do. i know they aren’t cancerous or dangerous. but i’m an artist and a cashier and i can’t have this it’s too painful. i wear a wrist brace occasionally but does anyone else have a solution???

my mom (a nurse) doesn’t know and my Dr didn’t say much.
