Almost Unbearable cramps

I JUST started my period like literally 3 hours ago, and i have the worst cramps i have ever had in my life. im sweating bullets rn amd shaking. u know when something hurts and its so much that its trobbing or u feel sick? thats me rn. i feel like throwing up. and im trying not to move because the spot im in doesnt hurt me. buh nvm i moved. UGH 😭😭 PLS SOMEONE HELP! my mom is sleeping and my dad is.. idek. my period is so super heavy and i dont usually have heavy one but yea. buh i have a heating pad on and nothing is working. i feel gross. and i just took a warm bath and that did nothing. i tool advil about 3 hours ago. and nothing helped. pls.. if anyone knows anything to help me. pls help. bcuz i literally feel like someome is trying to fit a toaster in my vagina/uterus.
