Fertility treatment.

I've been having trouble TTC my second child. my first is almost 9 years old. I've had irregular periods ever since. my doctor put me on a hormone based birth control to get my hormones back on track. I'll have to take them from 2-6 months.. depending how off they are. still waiting for results from BW. after these I'm going to be put on Clomid to help produce a mature egg. I was wondering how many people have had success from taking clomid?
