When did you start your LO on cows milk?

When did you start your LO on cows milk? Whether it's mixed with formula or just by itself.

I liked to give her formula as it contains more vitamins as the water diluted milk we have here

10 months we started slowing adding it in. One bottle a day had a few ounces and the rest formula and we slowly did that with each bottle till a year she was fully transitioned. No issues at all. She loved cows milk more than formula and ate an amazing balanced diet. She wasn't missing out on any nutrients at all.

I don't know that I will ever give my daughter dairy, maybe not until a couple years old at least because she can't even handle my breast milk if I have been having dairy. She was not gaining weight and had such terrible reflux and gas.

Just starting to slowly introduce it at 14 months but my daughter still very much prefers breastmilk.
