Advice Please!

So I recently had some rough sex, I was safe about it though. And now I have this really chalky looking discharge and the area around my vagina is kinda sore but almost itch like. The discharge seems excessive because I've never had this much and sometimes when I wipe it off there's blood and I can't tell where it's coming from but it's very very little amounts. And I'm not sure if it would have anything to do with it but I just got off of the pill about two months ago. I was on the pill for about 4 years.
