no smiley 🙁 Ovulation Woes

So last month I got a smiley on my OPK at CD14 and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> #1 on CD15. I got a BFN & AF 14 days later. NOW I'm cycle day 16 and no smiley on OPK yet! no medication either cycle and I had my follicles (eggs) ultrasound scanned at CD12 and CD15 and they were measuring 12.5ml they want them to be 18-30 by the next <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. am I going to miss a month? 🙁
