ttc for 17 years.

hello, new to this thing. anyway I was just wondering if anybody has any information on where, how or what to do to adopt a baby? eg: cost, process, wait time etc. we've been ttc for 17 years, no success and finally ready to move onto the next step. adoption. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
