Jock itch in pregnancy ?

Has anyone had it ? I'm pretty sure I have it and people were telling me it's warts but it's far to big and spreading to be warts. Didn't itch at first but slowly getting worse. Has anyone had it? If you had it can you leave a comment and help. I'll call my doctors on Monday but until then I can't do anything.
