SCARED Amniotic Fluid or pee

sorry if this is ridiculous ftm and I'm 19 😔😔 but ive been peeing a lot like go sit down and literally a minute later go pee again and its been 8 times already. Its clear which scares me and wonder if it could possibly me amniotic fluid even though i read u wouldnt be able to control a flow if it was and i could control whatever is coming out till i go to the restroom. or should i just go to the hospital 😔 Im 22 weeks 😞 has this happened to any1 b4 ? can i have more info between these 2 please thank you so much in advanced may God bless you
