Why pickles? ?

Why is it pickles that most pregnant women crave?  You would think the smell and taste would be to much for morning sickness

I thought this was a total myth... I have gone through an entire jar of hamburger sliced dills in a week!

I crave them but they make me nauseous when I eat them :( I think it has something to do with the salt/sodium and certain deficiencies you may have.

With none of my three kids I was craving pickles. With my first one it was onions and a lot of them with my daughter oranges and with my little one ice cream from McDonald

Yes, pretty sure it's the vinegar & electrolytes in the juice. I had no idea it had electrolytes until my man's gym rat buddies told me about it. They drink the juice too lol.
