CAN YOU GO INTO LABOR

WITH OUT CONTRACTIONS

BC I SWEAR MY DAUGHTER IS VERY EXTREMELY LOW IN MY AREA like i do messuring but shes dropped since yesterday and they did not check my cervix at all like they were supposed to but i dont know when im in labor unless they tell me bc i ignore the stomach tightness i have heavy dc so i cant tell if i wiped my plug and usually the dr has to break my water every time bc it wont break on its own so im confused can ppl dilate with out pain and stuff ???
