Twins?

Question for all the mommas of multiples! Did you just have a feeling you were having twins?  Have dreams of having more then one baby? Or was is just a surprise?...
I have a seriously strange feeling it's twins and had a crazy dream it was triplets! My mom keeps even saying twins as well as hubby.. my hcg levels were over 1200 on the 11th and I though I was around 5 weeks but I had a ultrasound on the the same day and they said I was extremely early like just after implantation early. I go back for an ultrasound on the 4th of October to know for sure. Thoughts? TIA

my twin boys are 5 weeks and 5 days old today. when i found out i was pregnant, it was a complete shock. i already had two kids at the time, a four year old and a two year old. so my hubby and i were not expecting twins!!

I had no signs at all. It is my first pregnancy though so have nothing to compare it with. I didn't even have any morning sickness. 
I've always pictured myself having twins and really hoped I would, I never thought it would actually happen for real though. So excited :)

I, personally, have not had any inclination that I was having twins. Hcg at 4 weeks was 9600, not much nausea (oddly it’s only at night time!), and just super tired. For probably the past year, however, random people have made comments about me having twins. Like I’m talking probably 10 people! I always thought it was impossible, as I have no family history.... But here I am, 10 weeks pregnant with twins!  ❤️❤️

I had horrible morning sickness starting at 4 weeks. I had a dream not long before my first appointment that I was having triplets. My mother in law also had a dream I was having triplets. Turns out it was twins. Nothing else suggested multiples

I had dreams I had twins, high hcg, horrible morning sickness. I just knew I was having twins. I didn't lol. Only one. If that helps at all. 😂
