Oh my gosh please help me 😩

Please comment encouraging messages and words for me and my friend.... My best friend just texted me saying she wants to die please no and I don't take it lightly at all.... So I'm going to her house and sleeping with her... She's so beautiful and smart and has the whole world ahead of her she's 22 please advice 😥😥😥😭😭😭😭😭 she's saying nobody cares about her and her family doesn't care about her (which they don't her parents are dumb) I'd be lost without my friend!!!!

Edit: I'm laying down with her she's slowly talking about what is wrong. . she told me her parents talk down towards her constantly.. I'm not leaving until she feels better (even though I have class all afternoon and my foot is jacked up) I'm staying here with her.. please encourage words
