A sign??!?!

So on Friday I went shopping with the little girl that I watch (she's 2) and there were 5or 6 people who stopped to talk to her in the stroller then asked me when I was due. these were people I had never met before. then that night my husband came home from work and we ate dinner but I didn't eat much, and he told me I better eat more since I'm eating for 2 now, and has continued to do so he even did it this morn before he left for work. I don't feel pregnant and it's way to early to test, what do I do? has anyone else had this happen???
