Would anyone know the number to call for me to be able to change my name on my insurance card? I have Anthem Bluecross Blueshield. I was married when I signed up for my insurance, but when they sent my card, it had maiden name on it. I'm due in December so I need to get my name changed on my card so I won't have any complications when I sign my baby up in my insurance.
